Some doctoral programmes and a limited number of programmes may require English language proficiency according to the admission requirements of the host university.
The Romanian Government Scholarship is administered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and accredited Romanian public universities. The programme promotes international academic cooperation by providing fully funded higher education opportunities to outstanding students from non-EU countries.
