These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Maseer Borsia platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Maseer Borsia platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of service
Maseer Borsia is a scholarship discovery and application-support platform. We aggregate publicly available opportunity listings, provide hands-on document support from our advisors, and help users manage their applications. We are not a scholarship provider and do not guarantee admission to any programme.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Maseer Borsia. By using the platform you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@masir.app if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or systematically download content from the platform; post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; or use the platform in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Opportunity listings
We strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify opportunity details directly with the awarding organisation before applying. Maseer Borsia is not responsible for any inaccuracies in third-party listings.
7. Application documents
Our advisors help you prepare CVs, motivation letters, and other application documents. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before submission. Maseer Borsia does not guarantee that application support will result in scholarship success.
8. Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, and technology are owned by or licensed to Maseer Borsia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Content you create using our tools belongs to you, subject to the licence granted in these terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Maseer Borsia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed scholarship deadlines or unsuccessful applications. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
