Université Paris-Saclay International Master's Scholarship 2027 | Fully Funded Master's Scholarship in France
UnpaidThe Université Paris-Saclay International Master's Scholarship 2027 is one of France's most prestigious merit-based scholarships for outstanding international students pursuing a master's degree. Established to support the university's internationalization strategy, the scholarship attracts highly qualified students from around the world, particularly those interested in continuing toward doctoral research and academic careers. The scholarship is available for students admitted to eligible Master 1 (M1) and Master 2 (M2) programs offered by Université Paris-Saclay and its member institutions, including AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, Institut d'Optique Graduate School (IOGS), Université Évry Paris-Saclay, Université Paris-Saclay, and UVSQ. Almost all academic disciplines are eligible except apprenticeship-based (vocational) master's programmes. The scholarship provides €10,000 per academic year, paid monthly from September to June, together with up to €900 to help cover travel and visa expenses. Students receive the scholarship only after arriving in France and completing their university registration. The university also offers administrative guidance and accommodation support, although housing is not guaranteed. Unlike many scholarships, students cannot apply directly. Applicants must first apply for admission to an eligible master's programme. After admission, only candidates selected by the programme coordinator receive an official invitation email containing the scholarship application link. Applications submitted without an invitation are not accepted. Selection is based on academic excellence, motivation, personal and professional goals, and the quality of the applicant's academic background. For M2 applicants, motivation to pursue a PhD at Université Paris-Saclay is also considered. This scholarship is ideal for talented international students seeking a world-class education in France while benefiting from financial support, research opportunities, and access to one of Europe's leading universities.
