Chulabhorn Graduate Institute Post-Graduate Scholarship 2027 | Fully Funded Master’s Scholarship in Thailand
UnpaidThe Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) Post-Graduate Scholarship Program 2027 is a fully funded Master’s scholarship in Thailand for international applicants who wish to pursue advanced study in selected science-related disciplines. For the 2027 academic year, the scholarship offers Master’s degree study in three programmes: Applied Biological Sciences: Environmental Health, Chemical Sciences, and Environmental Toxicology. Applicants may select only one proposed programme of study in the official application form. Eligible applicants must be under 30 years of age and hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 on a 4.00 scale, or an equivalent academic record. Relevant academic backgrounds include Chemistry, Biology, Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Environmental Sciences, Medicine, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and other closely related fields. Applicants must also have scientific laboratory research experience, demonstrate English proficiency, and provide a Statement of Purpose. The scholarship provides comprehensive financial support including tuition and academic fees, credit fees, laboratory expenses, refresher course fees, enrollment fees, thesis fees and thesis document production costs, round-trip international airfare, visa fees, initial settlement allowance, relocation allowance, accommodation, monthly stipend, book allowance, health insurance and other support determined by CGI. The scholarship consists of a six-week refresher course followed by a two-year Master’s degree programme. For the 2027 intake, the refresher course is expected to begin in June 2027 and the academic programme is expected to begin in August 2027. Continuation of scholarship support is subject to satisfactory academic progress and compliance with CGI rules. Applications for Academic Year 2027 opened on 15 May 2026 and the official deadline is 31 August 2026. The interview schedule will be announced later, and the current CGI portal indicates that results are expected around January 2027. Applicants should carefully verify all eligibility requirements and prepare their supporting documents before submission. Incomplete applications or supporting documents may not be considered.

Heinrich Böll Foundation Scholarship 2026–2027 for International Master’s and PhD Students in Germany
€992The Heinrich Böll Foundation Scholarship supports academically strong, socially and politically engaged international students and PhD candidates who intend to pursue a Master's degree or PhD at a state-recognized university in Germany. The program supports applicants from all academic disciplines and places particular emphasis on democracy, human rights, ecology, sustainability, social justice, gender equality, anti-discrimination and civic engagement.
International students from non-EU countries who have completed their first academic degree abroad may apply for funding for a Master's degree in Germany. International PhD candidates who have completed their graduate degree abroad may apply for doctoral funding in Germany. Priority is given to applicants from DAC countries who have not yet taken up residence in Germany at the time of application.
For the Fall 2026 selection round, applications are accepted from 15 July 2026 through 1 September 2026. Applications are submitted online through the Heinrich Böll Foundation's application portal.
International applicants must demonstrate sufficient German language proficiency, generally at least B2 or DSH level as specified by the Foundation. Applicants should also demonstrate strong academic performance, civic or social engagement, and an interest in the Foundation's values and objectives.
For international Master's students from non-EU countries funded through the German Federal Foreign Office, the scholarship currently includes a base scholarship of €992 per month. Depending on the applicant's individual circumstances, additional support may include a health insurance allowance, reimbursement of tuition fees in Germany up to €10,000 per year, German-language course fees, fixed fringe benefits and family-related allowances.
International PhD candidates from non-EU countries may receive a base scholarship of €1,500 per month, with additional benefits potentially including health insurance support, tuition-fee reimbursement, German-language course fees, family allowances and other applicable benefits.
The scholarship is not restricted to a particular university or academic field. Applicants must independently secure the required admission or academic arrangements for their intended Master's or PhD program in Germany.

University of St Andrews International Excellence Scholarship 2027
UnpaidThe University of St Andrews International Excellence Scholarship is a highly competitive merit-based scholarship for outstanding international undergraduate students beginning their first year of study at the University of St Andrews in 2027. The scholarship is available to applicants with Overseas fee status and provides full tuition fees for one successful student each year for the duration of the student's undergraduate programme. The award is based on academic excellence and is open across a wide range of undergraduate subjects, with Medicine and BA International Honours joint courses with William and Mary excluded. Applicants must first submit an application for an undergraduate course beginning in 2027. They do not need to wait for an offer of admission before applying for the scholarship. After submitting the course application, applicants can access the scholarship application through the My Application portal after the university has processed their application and issued their login details. The scholarship application requires one academic reference, one personal reference and a statement of motivation of no more than 2,000 characters. The successful scholar is expected to participate in the University of St Andrews Student Ambassadors Scheme and represent the university at relevant events and outreach activities. The scholarship application period for 2027 entry opens on 17 August 2026 and closes on 27 January 2027. The university states that outcomes will be available by mid-March 2027.
